What happen when we move wrong side

When we common people are moving at wrong side police take money but what then when they move wrong side yesterday I was travelling to modinagar I saw that police was moving wrong side. I don’t know what was the reason but keeping in mind that it is wrong I decided to do something with it. That was the to do something over it.
