On Friday when Pm. Modi was firing rawan . Was everybody selleping why did anyone stop him . He was only the to stop use of crackers . But what happend to his words and memory while firing the rawan . He did not know that there must be crackers in the rawan . Why no one stop him . The one who made the rule is not following them .
